Unable To Install Atheros L1 Ethernet Driver

I have already download the lastest drivers from ASUS web site and installing it: It Freezes. glibc-devel is not on any of the 7 disk for centos5.2 install. (or I haven't found it yet. I have a doubt, whether the CentOS will support NIC (Atheros L1 Gigabit) or not? After format hdd with Vista and fix MBR for HDD1 (XP system) with /fixmbr options. additional hints

Several functions may not work. Now i've installed Vista again and again i've the same problem, freezes. They work great, i had no trouble with it.

I did not install any additional drivers, it just worked with whatever Ubuntu came with by default. But in my Intel, I have installed and everything works but the Lan Hardware.
