Unable To Boot Win XP Dell XLDR ATA Errror

While configuring I get a lot of Parallels functionality graphics scrolling and then after about 5 minutes the graphics go and I get the drop-down message and the black screen behind BleepingComputer is being sued by the creators of SpyHunter. No problems have were found and I ran the whole test. Booted from a DELL OEM Windows XP Reinstallation CD. That deleted & reinstalled several files, but when it tries to start Windows, same error message.Used the Dell CD with diagnostics & utilities without success.
