I'm not sure how functional that command prompt will be though… but you're still not out of luck if that doesn't work. So do your research before you pay for any fix catch 22 bandits…. Is there any way to fix it or do I need to bring it in some where?

I would guess that the new user method works great. I raised up the security on Java but kept coming back, disabled IE and so far seems quiet. Everything seems to be okay, with several restarts now. It would not boot into safemode with networking.

None of the other safe mode instructions worked until I found your instructions with the command prompt.
