I unistalled IE 11 which took me back to 10. Use the Manage Add-ons tool, and disable each one after the other to find out which one is causing the problem. you are awsome….Thanks again. I have to use all three browsers because they all fail at something. Even when I down load new files using my Google Chrome, this files can't be executed through the run features. This not only fixed my IE, but my Turbo Tax problems were obviously related, and now I can download tax forms again!

I fixed the EXE'.s and almost everything is fine. If doesn't fix, so please follow next method. keep it up. So I then searched the Internet for IE's NSIB.DLL errors & low & behold I found ONE other person solving the problem.

I don't know what brand of computer I will buy next, but it will not be Dell!!
